Our software delivery process
A disciplined process makes project decisions visible, reduces avoidable rework and creates a clearer path from requirement to release.
1. Discovery and requirements
We identify users, workflows, decisions, data, integrations, permissions, constraints and the business result the system must support. Unknowns are recorded rather than hidden inside an estimate.
2. Scope and solution design
The project is divided into reviewable outcomes. Architecture, interfaces, data handling, hosting assumptions, security needs and acceptance criteria are documented at an appropriate level.
3. Iterative implementation
Development proceeds in visible increments. Stakeholders review working functionality early enough to correct misunderstandings before they become expensive.
4. Testing and release
Testing focuses on core workflows, permissions, validation, integrations, performance-sensitive areas and deployment readiness. Release steps and rollback considerations are prepared before launch.
5. Documentation and support
Handover should cover system purpose, important dependencies, configuration, deployment, known limitations and maintenance priorities.
